2. Safety and Usage

• Candle Safety: All candles come with safety instructions. You agree to follow these guidelines (e.g., never leaving a burning candle unattended, trimming wicks to $1/4$ inch). Arterior is not responsible for any fire, damage, or injury resulting from the misuse of our products.
• Product Storage: Products should be stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to maintain integrity.

3. Pricing and Payments

5. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

• Non-Returnable Items: Used candles, opened soaps, and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Damaged Goods: If your product arrives damaged, you must email connect@whipandwick.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic or video evidence of the damaged item and its packaging.
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
