About Us and our Brand
Okay but… who even ARE you people?
We're Whip & Wick, and
we're a little obsessed with scent. Not in a weird way. In a "we genuinely
believe the right fragrance is the fastest compliment you'll ever receive"
kind of way. We make products that make YOU smell incredible and your SPACE
smell incredible, because scent is scent, and it deserves to live everywhere.
What exactly do yousell?
Fragrance. In every form it
wants to live in. For your home, candles, wax melts, wax tablets, and soon reed
diffusers and room sprays. For your body, bath soaps right now, with shower
gels, scrubs, lotions, body mists, and perfumes on their way. One brand, one
obsession, infinite "wait what is that smell?" moments.
Why fragrance? Why is this your whole thing?
Because scent is the first compliment getter, for you AND your space. Before anyone sees your décor, before anyone notices
your skincare, they smell you. They smell your home. And that split second?
That's Whip & Wick territory. We just think that's worth obsessing over.
What makes Whip & Wick different from other fragrance or bath brands?
Most brands pick a lane. Either
they've cracked the fragrance game but their body care is an afterthought, nice
smell, questionable ingredients, your skin's just along for the ride. Or they
make genuinely great bath and body products but the scent? Forgettable. You use
it, you forget it, nobody notices.
We refused to choose.
At Whip & Wick, the
fragrance IS the experience, whether it's living in your wax melt, your candle,
your soap, or your body mist. Every product is built to make you or your space
the thing people walk into and immediately go "okay wait, what is that
smell?" And every product actually does right by your skin and your home
at the same time.

Are your products actually good or just pretty on Instagram?
Rude. But fair question. Both.
Our products are made to look gorgeous AND deliver a scent experience that
stops people mid-sentence. The kind where guests freeze, sniff the air, and go
"okay what is THAT." That reaction is what we're making everything
for.
What are your products made of? Should I be worried?
Not even slightly. Our home
fragrance products use clean-burning, quality ingredients and our body care is
formulated to be completely skin-safe. No mystery chemicals, no sketchy
fillers. Just thoughtfully made products that smell ridiculously good and treat
your body and your home with the respect they both deserve.

Ah, the most delicious problem.
Every Whip & Wick scent is built around a mood, a moment, a feeling, so
start there. Want to walk into a room and feel instantly calm? Cosy? Confident?
A little fancy? Read the notes, trust your gut, and remember, there's no wrong

How do I place an order?
Browse, fall in love, add to
cart, checkout. It's genuinely that easy. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards,
and net banking, basically everything except "I'll owe you one." (We
wish, though.)
Do you do custom or personalised orders?
We LOVE a custom brief. A
signature scent for your home, a personalised gift set, a bulk order for a
wedding, an event, a corporate gifting situation, come talk to us. Making
things feel personal is kind of our love language.

payment gateways, the same kind banks trust. Your card info is safer with us

Shipping & Delivery Related
When will my order arrive?
We dispatch within 2–4 business
days, then your order is off on its journey to you. Standard delivery takes 5–8
business days depending on where you are. You'll get tracking updates along the
way, so you can refresh obsessively and feel zero shame about it. We'd do the
same.
Do you ship all over India?
Yes, north, south, east, west,
the scent finds you. If your pin code is serviceable, we're on our way.
International shipping is coming, we know the world deserves this too. Watch

My order arrived and something's wrong.
We are so sorry, that is genuinely not the vibe we're going for, ever. Reach out within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue and we will make it right. Wrong or damaged orders are our villain origin story. We take it very personally.

Returns & Refund Related
What's your return policy?
Since our products live on your
skin and in your space, we can't accept returns on opened or used items,
totally understandable, we hope! But if something arrived wrong, damaged, or
just not what you ordered, we've got you. Always. Just reach out and we'll fix
it.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds typically
reflect within 5–7 business days depending on your bank. We know waiting is hard. Light something. Lather up. Surround yourself with a scent you love. Time moves faster when everything smells this good. ✨
