If i order my candle today, by when can i expect it to get delivered?
Depending upon your location, our candles will reach you within 3-5 working days of ordering them. Although, in case of customized orders/ bulk orders the delivery time may increase according to the size and type of order.
My candle has a sink hole, is there any way to fix it?
Fortunately YES, there is a way! Follow these steps and your candle will get a perfect melt pool-
Take some aluminum foil, and fold it in half to make it double layered.
Wrap the foil around your candle jar.
Make sure there is approx. 1-2 inch of foil paper above the level of the candle jar's rim.
Fold the foil paper inwards creating a canopy over the wick (make sure to not cover the wick entirely, or else the candle will extinguish).
Light up the candle and leave it alone for 2-3 hours.
How can i make my scented candles last longer?
If you follow these steps, your scented candles will last long and perform their best on every burn-
Before lighting the candle, trim the wick to about ¼ inch (0.6 cm) in length.
On the initial burn, ensure that the entire top layer of the candle melts into a pool of liquid wax.
It's better to burn the candle for a longer period of time (2-4 hours) rather than short intervals.
Before relighting the candle, remove any debris, wick trimmings, or matches from the wax pool.
Which wax do you use for making your candles?
Our candles are made from pure Soy Wax which is 100% Vegan and environment friendly!
How long does your candle last in a single burn?
We do not recommend you to burn your candle for more than 3-4 hours at a stretch as that is harmful for your candle and will hamper its burn time and might even cause long flames and soot production.
How do your scented candles make my place smell so freaking good?
We have done a good amount of research on our candles to ensure they offer an excellent hot as well as cold throw. Just make sure to keep the candle covered when storing it, so that it doesn't lose its aroma and you get the perfect aromatherapy experience every time you use it!
Are there any synthetic fragrances used in your candles?
Our candles use naturally extracted essential oils which are hypoallergenic, thus making them safe for your skin and provide a very relaxing aromatherapy experience.
