1. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
  • Delivery Estimates:Metropolitan Cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.Rest of India: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Please note: During peak holiday seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹70 will be applied at checkout.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.

4. Secure Packaging
We use high-grade, shock-resistant packaging materials to protect our glass jars and delicate soaps. We are committed to ensuring your luxury items survive the journey to your home.

Returns & Replacements

Due to the intimate and fragile nature of our handcrafted products, we maintain a specific policy to ensure fairness and hygiene for all our customers.

1. Damaged or Wrong Products
If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the incorrect item, we will provide a free replacement.

  • The 48-Hour Rule: You must report any damages or discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To process a damage claim, we require a clear video of the package being opened for the first time. This helps us hold our courier partners accountable and speeds up your replacement.
  • How to Claim: Email your unboxing video and order number to connect@whipandwick.com.

2. Returns & Exchanges (Change of Mind)

  • Eligibility: We accept returns for unused and unlit candles in their original packaging within 5 days of delivery.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used candles, opened soaps, wax melts, or custom-made orders.
  • Return Shipping: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The refund (minus original shipping fees) will be processed once we receive and inspect the item.

3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order is with the courier, it can no longer be cancelled.
